My Two Minute Boot Camp Work Out
It may have been only two minutes but Michael from Missoula Underground Strength Training sure gave me a great workout.
Every Saturday in Bonner Park they have “Boot Camp in the Park”. Free to everyone, chaperons are available to watch your kids, coffee/water provided. It’s a resource you can’t pass up. Free and a trainer like Michael, who obviously knows his stuff.

We did 20 seconds of squats, 10 second rest then 20 seconds of bur-pees, 10 second rest then 20 seconds of mountain climbs. then repeated it.
