Moving to Stage One Restrictions

Stage one fire restrictions go into effect at 12:01 AM Thursday, August 1.  High temperatures, forecasts of dry thunderstorms, very low humidity, and the general lack of rainfall persist across the area. There are several large fires burning in the area that should serve as a reminder to all residents and visitors to the area that everyone needs to be extremely careful.
