For many of us asking for help is one of the most difficult things ever, especially when you're suffering from mental illness and especially for overwhelmed mothers. To help this growing problem, Mountain Home Montana has launched an online campaign to get 2,000 pledges from mothers and supporters to "ask for help when I need it, and to offer help when I can." There will be a collection of social media videos and two events in the coming weeks to help spread the word.

The first event will be at the Southgate Mall on Saturday, September 30th from Noon-8pm talking with parents and handing out pledge cards. On Thursday, October 19th from 5-7pm moms and the general public are also invited to an open house at Mountain Home's facility at 2606 South Avenue West in Missoula.

Mountain Home Montana provides shelter for young mothers who need a place to live and a network of support as they create safe, stable and nurturing homes of their own.
