More Construction In Missoula

An announcement from Mountain Water Company was recently issued to let motorists and residents know about the construction that will take place starting today on Arthur Ave.

Mountain Water Company is replacing two existing water mains in Arthur Avenue, between Eddy Avenue and 5th street in advance of the City’s reconstruction of the same streets planned to begin in mid-May. Construction in Arthur Avenue is scheduled to begin April 8th and continue through May 13th. 

Arthur Avenue will be closed through the duration of the project with traffic temporarily rerouted to surrounding streets. Customers can also anticipate several short-term (less than 8-hour) interruptions to their water service. MWC personnel will notify residents 24 hours in advance of these shutdowns.
