Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks game wardens continue  to seek tips on a cow moose poached last week. The incident happened northeast of Avon. Those who can share information on the case may now receive up to $2,000 in reward money, doubled to that amount thanks to public donations. A state game warden says the moose was poached near Carpenter and Ophir Creeks and had evidence of multiple gunshot wounds from a small caliber rifle. Tipsters can remain anonymous and can call 1-800-TIP-MONT (1-800-847-6668). DB
