Montana Snowpack Grows

I don’t know where you were Saturday mid- day but I was in Tremper’s shopping center doing some book shopping. When I walked outside it was blowing and raining like I’ve never seen before. It was really raining hard! In the short walk to the truck I got pretty wet.

The past several days have been wet ones here in the Missoula valley. In the higher elevations the moisture came down as snow. The attendant at the visitors center at Lolo Pass estimated they’d received 3 feet of snow . That’s welcome news we can use the snowpack. Craig & his wife Patty were up at the pass cross country skiing and took the pictures.
