It was adequate sailing for three and a half quarters for the Montana Grizzly football team. And then...leading 15-0 midway through the fourth quarter, the dominant Griz defense finally gives up a touchdown to North Dakota. A few plays later, backup quarterback Shay Smithwick-Hann throws an interception for a touchdown. UND gets the 2-point conversion and just like that it's 15-15. The Montana offense stumbles again and gives up the ball. North Dakota drives, goes for a 40-yard field goal with 1:11 remaining. BLOCKED! A big pass from Smithwick-Hann to Jamall Jones gets the Griz inside UND's 20. With two seconds on the clock, it's Daniel Sullivan's turn for a game-winning 35-yard field goal. GOOD! The Griz sneak away from the Alerus Center in Grand Forks with an 18-15 win.

Can I breathe, now? Bye week. See you at Washington Grizzly October 18 at Noon vs. Cal Davis. DB
