Montana Drivers, Please Don’t Put This on Your Bucket List

Okay, I get it, now that I am approaching those golden years. :-) But that doesn't mean I want to endanger the lives of others.

AP tells us that a man in Des Moines, Iowa, who was pulled over after a rather lengthy pursuit, told troopers that being chased by police was on his "bucket list." Officers tried to pull the guy over for a traffic violation - part of the plan, we assume - when a high speed chase on the interstate ensued. Shortly after getting off the freeway, the driver was apprehended and admitted his bonehead wish.

An officer said he'd never heard that excuse in his 28 years on the force. And hopefully never hears it again.
