We all know that sometimes a High School rarely gets anything new. Well now in the form of a new educational movie, every high school will have some new watching material. Paramount is sending free DVDs of Selma to every high school in America, public and private, as part of the Selma for Students initiative.

The film about Martin Luther King Junior's march from Montgomery to Selma, Albama hit theaters last year, just as a series of racially charged incidents occurred around the country and sparked large-scale protests.

According to Time, the movie studio will also make companion study guides available any teacher who is interested in teaching the movie in his or her classroom.
