Finders Keepers:
When a bank teller accidentally deposited $31-thousand into a teenager's bank

account, the teen did the obvious: He spent it. And now the bank wants its money back.
On Mar 07, a customer at an Athens, GA, bank attempted to deposit the $31-grand into his account at First Citizens Bank. But there was more than one customer at the bank  person's account.
The bank realized its mistake when the original depositor called to say the money failed to show up in his account. By then, the kid, age 18, had already spent $25 grand and told the bank the money was his through an inheritance.
A sheriff's deputy drove to the teen's house to explain the consequences if the teen didn't return the money. That was March 18th. The kid promised to work out a deal with the bank but so far, he hasn't showed up and now officials are considering whether or not to prosecute.
