Missoula’s New Parking Structure

Park Place opens Friday, March 1. Mayor John Engen will cut the ribbon in a ceremony at 5PM. The new parking structure is at the corner of East Front and Pattee Streets in downtown Missoula. There are 322 public parking spots in the five story structure. 40 are for public parking and 382 are for monthly lease. There’s a solar array on the top story that will supply 75-80 percent of the electrical needs of the building. Paying fees will be fully automated; the first hour free, the second hour$.50 and each hour after that $1.
