One of the best things about living in Western Montana is getting together at community events to see all of the amazing things that are created by the talented people in our area. That is why I love visiting the People's Market and Farmer's Market on the weekends. Next weekend, Sunday, June 24th is the Summer MADE Fair in Missoula at Caras Park.

The event is set to kick off at 10am and wrapping up close to 5pm. If you've never been before it is an open-air market showcasing local and regional artists. At the event you can expect to see over 120 skilled artisans as well as some non-profits. It's hard to believe but this will already be the 10th Missoula Summer MADE Fair.

The event is to increase awareness of handmade goods as an alternative to mass-produced items, which is just another reason why this event is perfect for Missoula. The MADE fair is presented by HandMADE Montana a professional organization for art and handcrafted goods. Hope to see you next weekend at the MADE fair!
