Missoula Soccer Wins Regional

The Missoula Strikers U-18 soccer team became the first Missoula soccer team ever to win a regional tournament last weekend. They won the U-18 division at the US Club Soccer Regional Tournament in Seattle, Washington, beating a team from Salinas, California 5-2 in the championship game. This team won the Montana state tournament a year ago and went on to regionals in Boise. Nine of the boys were also on the Hellgate soccer team that won state last fall.
