Missoula Man Accused Of Raping A Six Year-Old Child [AUDIO]
57 year-old Danny Wayne Johnston appeared in Missoula Justice Court Thursday afternoon on two counts of sexual intercourse without consent on a six year-old girl.
According to court documents, Johnson, the child’s step-grandfather,. allegedly committed the offenses in September of 2012.

Johnston fled the county after being confronted by law enforcement personnel while he was on probation for felony DUI, so the State issued a fugitive warrant for $200,000 for his arrest.
Deputy County Attorney Shaun Donovan said after the suspect’s appearance via video from the Missoula County Jail, Judge John Odlin placed Johnston back in the detention facility on $200,000 bond for the sexual intercourse without consent charges, and a $30,000 bond for a petition to revoke.
