This is like a scene straight out of "The Naked Gun." A councilman goes off to the rest room and leaves his mic on. At around 45 seconds the mayor starts laughing, and you can hear him relieving himself shortly after, but it really catches peoples attention at around 1:22 when the toilet flushes. Hilarious!
