Federal regulators are ordering Japanese airbag manufacturer Takata to expand its recall to 34-million vehicles. The recall is due to defective airbags that could explode if deployed.

The massive recall makes it the largest in U.S. history. So far, there have been six deaths and more than 100 injuries blamed on defective airbags. Toyota, Honda and Nissan have already recalled a total of 11.5-million vehicles. To see if your vehicle is on the recall list, go to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's website.
