Okay, I'm being overly dramatic here. I guess I let what I think the silliness of this is get the best of me. See if you agree. In Marshfield, Massachusetts, a school committee has voted to change the name of "Christmas vacation" to "holiday break." The committee has been given a petition with nearly 450 signatures, asking that the name Christmas vacation be restored. But supporters of the name holiday break say promotes 1) inclusion, 2) diversity and 3) tolerance. Really. "Christmas" excludes, is biased and intolerant? I guess I don't have much of #3 when it comes to stuff like this.

Merry Christmas, Marshfield kids, and enjoy your Christmas vacation.
