Look At This Big Baker

Folks in Idaho lay claim to being the Gem State and also to being the home of “Famous Potatoes.” One look at this one recently sited on the road near Twin Falls and I’d have to agree. The Idaho Potato Commission is celebrating it’s 75^th anniversary. They’ve created this monster and are sending it on a cross country tour.  Can you imagine the sour cream and bacon bits it would take for this baby baked.
