Learning to Curl With the Missoula Curling Club

Curling... no not curling your hair, curling on the ice! I learned to "curl" over the weekend at the Ranch Club. It was Winter Break and boy oh boy was it a ton of fun. 

From snow golf to hockey, to dipping in the hot tub the Ranch Club's Winter Break really had it all. They even had the games on for the parents to watch football. I was curious about the Curling. You know the brooms on the ice and the big round circle things going across the ice? That's the best way I can describe it as I am not knowledgeable enough to do it properly.

It was actually a lot of fun! Plus way more work as in exercise for you then I thought. Any age can be a part of Curling and actually many of the Veteran curlers have been doing it for a very long time.
