The city of Los Angeles is moving one step closer to getting an NFL team for the first time in 20 years.

St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke, who also owns the NBA's Denver Nuggets, has announced plans to build an 80,000-seat stadium in Inglewood, California, adjacent to the L.A. Forum. According to the L.A. Times, the stadium will be built with private funds and completed by 2018. Some NFL teams, including the Oakland Raiders -- who played in L.A. for 13 seasons and the San Diego Charges have expressed an interest in possibly moving to Los Angeles. Maybe St. Louis will even head back to L.A and become the L.A Rams once again.
