"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" has now crossed the $100-million mark in North America.
The film passed that world-wide a couple of weeks ago --it's now made more than $420 million since it came out.

There's a "Flintstones" full-length movie in the works.
The Hollywood Reporter says WILL FERRELL's Gary Sanchez Productions will be doing the flick at Warner Brothers. And while there was a live action movie about the stone-age family done in 1994 starring JOHN GOODMAN, ELIZABETH PERKINS, RICK MORANIS and ROSIE O’DONNELL; this new one will be an animated film once again.

If one reboot wasn't enough --how about this: there'll be a new "Power Rangers" movie!
The Huffington Post reports the guys behind the original series are doing another live-action film that (quote) "will re-envision the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a group of high school kids who are infused with unique and cool super powers but must harness and use those powers as a team if they have any hope of saving the world."
So far there's been no cast named for the reboot.

How about some animated movies with SIMON COWELL as the producer?
Deadline says Simon has done a deal with the Australian special effects house, Animal Logic, which did "The Lego Movie" and "Happy Feet" to develop some music-based animated and part animated-part-live action films.
