Oh, man!!! The logic is so twisted on this that you almost want to concede that it makes perfect sense. Of course, I'm not the law either. And the guy's social media arrogance may not help his cause.

Associated Press reports that a man accused of robbing a Virginia Beach bank posted two videos and a photo of his "holdup" on Instagram. He reportedly walked into the bank and handed a teller a note asking for $150,000. The note included the word "please." He records and posts all of this, including the teller putting stacks of money in a bag.

He gets arrested 20 minutes later with the bag of cash. He tells police that "asking" for money isn't a crime and says he wouldn't have posted it if he had committed a crime.

We'll be anxious to see how this one shakes out.  DB
