It's an experiment using a test market much larger than Missoula, but if it's successful, well, who knows? McDonald's has started delivering in New York City. They are partnering with a delivery service called Postmates, so I assume that means no additional employees are being hired as delivery drivers. Delivery is not new to the company in markets in other parts of the world, such as China and Singapore. But the Big Apple will be one of the first in America to be able to call in a (big) hot apple pie.

Are their minimum orders? There would have to be, right?  Breakfast and lunch items? Additional charges? I guess it's all in how they set the parameters of delivery that will determine how successful they are, huh? So, if they offered it in Missoula, would you be on board?

Speaking of breakfast McDonald's says they are testing all-day breakfast service and also simplifying the menu, to help address a 15 percent drop in profits in 2014.
