An Idaho man could find himself behind bars after calling 911 a dozen times to complain about a bar tab he thought was too high.

Phillip Poissonnier was kicked out of a nightspot in the town of Post Falls after he got too rowdy. Cops spotted him outside the bar and gave him a courtesy ride home to save him from risking a DUI but rather than offer thanks, the man quickly grew agitated and began flooding the emergency number with complaints about the tavern that had booted him.

Poissonnier made 12 calls in just one hour, insisting he'd been overcharged by the bar and telling one dispatcher she was "just like his ex-wife." After visiting the tavern to examine the man's check and finding he paid $30 for the 10 brewskis he'd consumed, cops arrested him on charges of misusing 911 which could result in a year in jail and a fine of $1000.
