Idaho Fry Fight Does the Twist

If there's going to be a potato battle, Idaho is probably as good a state as any to duke it out in court.

Two French fry makers are are going to court over their curly fry design. The Simplot company is taking on McCain Foods, claiming they came up with the idea for Sidewinders, which were a huge success when they hit the market a few years ago. They're suing McCain over their "copycat" Twisted Potato curly fries.

I'm siding with Simplot. It sounds cooler to be chowing down on Sidewinders than it does Twisted Potatoes. Now, somebody get me some sour cream, cheese and bacon bits.   DB
