The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas is famous for its 72-ounce steak challenge. Just finish the enormous four-and-a-half-pound steak, a baked potato, shrimp, a salad and a bread roll in under an hour, and your meal is on the house.

Molly Schuyler, a competitive eater (and probably part lion), made the trip from Nebraska to Texas and accepted the challenge -- which as it turns out, was no big deal for her. Not only did she crush the challenge in under five minutes, breaking a record, she decided to eat a second steak and all the sides. That's nine pounds of beef, two baked potatoes, two salads, two orders of shrimp and two rolls. And she finished it all in only 15 minutes.
