The University of Montana's first-ever Fall Commencement Ceremony is tomorrow morning, December 15.

UM has 799 students who are degree candidates for fall semester, 2018. Many will participate in Saturday's commencement at 9:00 a.m. in the Dennison Theater. Back in May, my coworker Peter Christian and I were given the honor of announcing the names of the graduates during the larger traditional ceremony at the end of the school year. We either did a great job, or we are simply low-hanging fruit that the university knew would be easy pickings to ask to do it again for the fall. :-)

Seriously, I can't tell you what an honor it is for a UM grad like me to be involved in something this special. We understand Montana Senator Jon Tester and Attorney General Tim Fox will be delivering messages to the students. So thanks for letting me brag just a little bit and congratulations to all those Griz Grads!
