Hunter education classes are fast approaching for Corvallis and Darby. Online registration is open now.In Corvallis, a mandatory orientation is Tuesday, Feb. 18 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. for registered students and a parent or legal guardian. Classes are March 3-7 from, 6:00-8:00 p.m. each evening at the Corvallis School Library.

In Darby, a mandatory orientation is Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 7:00-8:00 p.m.. Classes are March 3-7 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. each evening at the Darby School lunch room.

Classes are free and a student must be at least 11 years old to be certified. Any person born after January 1, 1985 must present a hunter education certificate in order to purchase a Montana hunting license.
