In preparation for Thanksgiving I’ve been doing some research on turkey. If you want to spend some time on a turkey farm I’ve got that covered.

Now when it comes to cooking the bird everybody has the “family recipes” and cooking secrets. Montana being the sprawling state that it is, it can present us with a unique opportunity if you’re the one who says, “I’ll bring the turkey.” There’s some real American ingenuity at work on getting to the family dinner and baking that turkey.
