This is probably not an item on any of your gift-giving lists, but hey, at least you get a feel for the pricing, huh? SCP Auctions of Laguna Niguel, California, say they have acquired legendary basketball star Michael Jordan's first known pair of shoes that he wore in a game. I would LOVE to know how they can figure that one out, but I guess if you're a reputable auction company and you can verify authenticity, then away you go!

The auction house says they were worn by Michael during his rookie season with the Chicago Bulls. They are white Nike Airs with a red swoosh. Well, at least there's still one pair of white Nike sneakers in the world. You can start bidding online with SCP Auctions starting April 8 and continuing through April 25. The auctioneers are guessing it's going to take about $50,000 to lace 'em up. Good luck.
