It's the time of technology and it is not uncommon to be glued to your phone. How much time though is the newer generation spending on their phones?

According to Market Watch, 25% of millennials spend five hours a day on their phones and 50% spend at least three hours. They also went on to say:

Millennials spend more time with their phones than they do with significant others, parents, friends, children or coworkers, a 2016 study found. Nearly half of millennials in a 2015 study from Pew Research Center said they “couldn’t live without” their smartphone.

About 88% of people feel some sort of phone withdrawal so don't feel alone if you can't live without your phone or feel naked without it.
