I think we can all admit we look at our phones a lot. According to a new study, the average person looks at their phone 46 times every day.

That number goes up as the age of the person goes down.

The study, by Deloitte, found that those in the 25-34 age group look at their phones 50 times a day, while those 18-24 look at their phones 74 times a day.

If you’re 35 to 44, you look at your phone about 35 times day.

Get this ...  A whopping 81% of Americans admit they spend time on their phones while eating out in restaurants.

Most age groups said they looked at their phones within five minutes of waking up. But 26% of 18-24-year-olds said they looked at their phones as soon as they woke up.
