To be honest I haven't been in a gym in ten years, and I don't remember how to make it a priority. With work, family, and just general life I can't see how I can make going to the gym a priority. Yesterday, I went to a local Missoula gym and got a membership, now I just need to go.

I know that my activity level has gone down so much over the past few years and my gut has seen the growth because of it. The fact is that I need to exercise more, health problems are an issue in my family especially if you are over weight.

My question is how do you make exercise a priority? How do you make time for the gym? With my busy schedule it seems so difficult. Do you have any tips or tricks? Thanks for any help you can send my way.
