Hot Tailgates on the Western Plains

Someone is swiping pickup tailgates in Wyoming's capital city. Police report more than 15 tailgates from newer-model Ford F-250 trucks have been stolen in the past month. The gate crook could be after high technology in the pickup parts. Police say many of the tailgates are equipped with rear-view cameras. They could also be selling them "hot". Have you seen what they cost to replace? Sort of hard to hide under your overcoat though.
