Honey and Cinnamon Cures
Did you know that honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot. A mixture of honey and cinnamon cures most diseases. Today’s scientists accept honey as a ‘Ram Ban’ (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases and can be used without side effects for any of these diseases. Today’s science also says that although honey is sweet, when taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not even harm diabetic patients.
HEART DISEASES: Eating a paste of honey and cinnamon powder and spreading it on bread instead of jelly and jam and eating it regularly for breakfast, reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and helps reduce the risk of heart attack. Regularly eating this paste can also help to strengthen the heartbeat. In America and Canada, various nursing homes have treated patients with this paste and found that it helps to revitalize the arteries and the veins that lose their flexibility and get clogged with age.
ARTHRITIS: In a recent research study conducted at Copenhagen University, it was found that when doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon honey and a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder before breakfast, within a week, (out of the 200 people or so treated) almost 73 patients were totally relieved of pain.
CHOLESTEROL: A mixture of two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon powder in 16 ounces of tea water given to a cholesterol patient was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours.
IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder can strengthen the immune system and protects the body from many bacterial and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey contains various vitamins and iron in large amounts. The consistent use of honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles (where DNA is contained), which helps to fight bacterial and viral diseases.
INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food is eaten can relieve acidity and help in the digestion of heavy meals.
WEIGHT LOSS: Every day a half hour before breakfast, and on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. It is said to reduce the weight of even the most obese person when taken regularly.
FATIGUE: Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is helpful in strengthening the body. Senior citizens who have taken honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts appear to be more alert and flexible.
