Hey, That’s Not a Roll of Paper Towels

Well, five in the morning. Dark. Minnesota. I probably would have thought the same thing. According to Associated Press, this guy in Stillwater MN walks out on his deck and in the darkness he thinks he sees a roll of discarded paper towels that his kids left behind. That is until it moved when he went to pick it up. A five-foot boa constrictor had made its way onto the deck. The homeowner calls 9-1-1 and a Minnesota Department of Natural Resources specialist came to retrieve it. The logical assumption is somebody's escaped pet. If it goes unclaimed it will go up for adoption in two weeks. Luckily no one was injured by the snake and I can only imagine the guy was wishing he'd installed a bathroom out on his deck.  DB
