Hey, Let’s Stop for Ice Cream

Coroner, no. Coner? Maybe. Like you, I'll stop just about anywhere for good ice cream! And it must be good ice cream, because the place is never....dead.

Congrats to Petros Mirisis of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who will be opening an ice cream parlor in a former funeral home. Yep, Petros, who owns a restaurant already, has always enjoyed taking his three daughters out for ice cream, but he wasn't real happy with the nearby choices. He would drive past an old funeral home every day to and from work, thought the location was great (middle of town, across from the library) and so he scooped it up.

Petros Ice Cream is scheduled to open soon. His slogan? "Ice Cream To Die For." You gotta love that!   DB
