This is the most exciting news I’ve heard in a long time. It seems that a pharmaceutical company is finally going to produce a drug that helps reduce the size of double chins. I for one am a big fan of anything that can be done to get rid of a double chin, as I have always tragically suffered from this painful affliction.

It has never mattered how little or how much I weighed, I have always sported a double chin. I can reduce the size of it or make it less prominent by losing weight and exercising, but I have never been able to get rid of it. It has been a genetic curse passed on to me from my lovely mother.

My mother and I always joke that they are turkey gobblers. You have to have a sense of humor when you’re living with extra skin under your chin. At one time my mother and I were saving money to have our extra chins removed, but sadly we were forced to give up on that dream due to other things being more important.

I would love to get my hands on this drug. However, I’m sure it won’t be one of those things covered by insurance. It will no doubt be in the same category as Botox and Juvederm. So, unless I find some way to make extra cash, I will have to live with my double chin forever.

There is one very large thing that concerns me about this drug, and that is how much time and money went into finding a drug that would shrink a double chin. It seems to me that there is probably something better this drug company could have used its resources on, like, I don’t know, maybe finding a cure for cancer. It seems to me that perhaps a cure for cancer would be a little bigger priority that getting rid of people’s chin fat.
