In Georgia, a Girl Scout made it her mission to get boxes of cookies in the hands of troops serving in the military and was able to make 225 sales, getting 225 boxes shipped overseas.

Chetta Dodge of Girl Scout Troop 727 worked with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta’s Smiles4Militaryprogram, which sends donated cookies to local and deployed troops through different charity networks.

According to the Daily Tribune, the nine-year-old’s hard work landed her among the top Scouts in the council for donations to the program.

“It feels great to know that I can help make people smile,” said Chetta. “I feel so proud that I can make so many soldiers smile. That feels good.”

I'm sure the troops absolutely will enjoy these!
