Hand Sanitizer Used For Mixed Drinks

I'm sure there are some demons at work inside the guy, so I don't share this to make fun of him. It's just one of those sobering reminders of how pitifully desperate some folks can become. Associated Press tells us that a man in Pennsylvania stole 12 bottles of hand sanitizer from a hospital so he could mix it with orange juice and drink it for its alcoholic content. He used an arm sling he was wearing to hide the 12 bottles, which he stole over the course of three visits for medical attention. The hospital is seeking about $80 in restitution. Here's hoping the fellow gets some help. DB
