Grizzly Softball Games, Easter Goodies, Freebies

Our congratulations to the University of Montana Grizzly softball team, as they again took two out of three from a Big Sky Conference foe.

Probably what made it a little sweeter was accomplishing the feat at Sacramento State, something the young program had not done against the Hornets before. The Griz are back in town hosting Northern Colorado this Friday and Saturday, April 14 and 15. Here's what's happening for the double-header Friday and the single game Saturday.

Friday is Military Appreciation and Easter Egg Hunt Day. Games are scheduled for 2:30 and 4:30. All military and first response personnel and their families get in free. And all kids age 10 and under also get in free. Kids 10 and under will also be able to participate in an Easter egg hunt between games!

Since the Griz will be on the road April 22, their Earth Day goodie to you this Saturday is $1 tickets to anyone who rides their bike to the ball park. Game time 1:00.

All games are at the South Campus Stadium complex. Looks like a chance to see a really talented team and enjoy some extra benefits into the Easter weekend. Go Griz!
