Wouldn't it be nice if all dumb crooks were so helpful with their own capture? Well, at least one was filled with the spirit of cooperation. Associated Press tells us that was in Great Falls, where Curtis Dear left a trail of quarters, coin machine parts and footprints in the snow, leading to his arrest after breaking into a laundromat and stealing money from a change machine. The laundromat owner says the theft of coins and bills amounted to around $1,500. Not to mention the damage to the machine. Dear says three of his friends were responsible, not him. Of course not. Curtis will now launder his jumpsuit while we waits to be tried. DB
