Actually, they are such a dinky little thing, but talk about devastation in numbers! There's another free workshop to help educate folks in the Bitterroot about mountain pine beetles.  They've been showing up in increasing numbers in the Biotterroot Valley and the Montana Department of Natural Ressources and Conservation (DNRC) will be conducting a free workshop to provide info on pine beetles and other pests. That's tomorrow (Tuesday) night from 6-8, Stevensville Library. There's no charge but if you can, call the DNRC ahead of time to let them know you're coming so they can get an idea of how much space and materials will be needed. 542-4300.  DB
