Starting this Saturday, Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks along with 396 other sites will have a free annual pass to active military members. Oh, their dependents too. The passes will be available starting Saturday, May 19th, which is Armed Forces Day. The annual pass will allow free entrance to national parks and other federal recreation sites. The military version of the America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreation Lands Pass also permits free entrance to sites managed by U.S. Fish & Wildlife, BLM, Bureau of Reclamation and U.S. F.S.  So, active duty members, here's the simple thing to do: Just show up at the entrance to any of these sites with a current, valid military ID card and away you go. You deserve it. Have a great time. DB
