With zillions of people around the world using Twitter every day, the social media platform has decided to give the site a little facelift.
But this facelift is going to look awfully familiar to most people.
Twitter is rolling out a redesign with timelines that look suspiciously similar to Facebook's, right down to the layout and custom header.
Other changes Twitter is rolling out are: "pinning" one of your tweets to the top of your profile, having your most retweeted/favorited tweets appear in a larger font and being able to filter your friends' timelines.
Does Twitter really need to go to all this trouble? Probably not. But as often as most of us use the app, a fresh look might be ... e-freshing.(Huff Post)
