Get Help on Your Taxes This Weekend at UM

Just about every year around this time the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program or VITA holds events at the University of Montana. There will be an event this weekend and every Saturday until March 4th from 9am - 4pm in the Gallagher Business Building Room 209.

The will be IRS-certified volunteers that will provide free basic tax return preparation and e-filing to eligible individuals who make less than $54,000 per year. Visit irs.gov and search "VITA" to find eligibility criteria as well as a list of information to bring along including Photo ID and Social Security cards for you, your spouse, and dependents.
