The Historical Museum at Fort Missoula will host its annual Stories in Stone program. The Museum teams up with the Rocky Mountain Museum of Military History for this presentation and it sounds like they put on a very interesting program. Costumed interpreters tell the stories of some the men, women and children who are interned there, including Medal of Honor recipients, the first officer buried there, a World War II POW and more. If you enjoy military/Missoula history, I think you'll really enjoy this. Stories in Stone is Sunday, June 9 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Fort Missoula Post Cemetery and there is no admission charge. If you'd like to know more, you can always call the Historical Museum at 728-3476. DB
