Fort Missoula Holiday Train Show

I wanted to be the KYSS guy to throw out the ceremonial first candy cane! And since The Historical Museum at Fort Missoula is a pretty cool thing, I figured I had a good reason to get a jump on promoting upcoming holiday events in Missoula. The press release reads, "All Aboard the Holiday Express! Choo! Choo! Jump on board this year for the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula's annual holiday exhibit...come see our train sets, old and new, big and small. Plenty to see for any train enthusiast."

There will be plenty of activities on opening day. See Streetcar #50 in its new building, meet the Missoula Model Railroad Club and watch their model train building demos. Hands-on candy train and ornament making for you and your kids. Santa at the locomotive from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. It happens Sunday, November 17 from 1:00 till 4:00. Admission is free but please bring a canned food donation for the Missoula Food Bank. The exhibit runs through the holidays but it sounds like opening day could be a lot of fun.
