Thanksgiving is a common holiday for travel and weather can play a big part of that in this state. What are they expecting for weather for western Montana for Thanksgiving travel?

Mostly it looks like a wet holiday with a chance of snow at higher elevations which is the kicker. For Missoula both the day before Thanksgiving AND Thanksgiving look warm and rainy. 50's for the high but a good chance of rain. For the Flathead pretty much the same as well, rainy and a high in the 50's.

Idaho also looks warm and even Wallace close to the pass looks warm and rainy. I think for most of us here road travel may be pretty decent but of-course water build up and hydroplaning are possibilities.

Air travel may be different and there will be some strong storm systems in some parts of the country so double check where you are heading to best be prepared.
