The ribs are in the fridge marinating in a dry rub, I grill the corn before I slice it off and then mix it with chopped red peppers, parsley, salt, pepper and some olive oil. The coleslaw is a “top secret” recipe. Buttermilk biscuits are just perfect to get the last of the BBQ sauce leftover from the ribs. Red, white and blue shortcake is strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream topping the cake. Yum…enjoy the 4th…!
